Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between the participant (“Student”) and [Your Coaching Program Name] (“Program”) regarding participation in the ServiceNow coaching and training program (“Program”). By making a payment and joining the Program, the Student agrees to abide by these Terms.

2. Program Overview

  • The Program guarantees job placement to the Student upon fulfilling specific conditions.
  • The Program guarantees job placement to the Student upon fulfilling specific conditions.
  • The Student must meet the following requirements to be eligible for job placement
  • Pass all internal assessments within the specified timeframes.
  • Complete assignments on time and maintain acceptable quality.
  • Attend all classes as scheduled.
  • Pass the ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Developer exams.
  • Achieve an IELTS score of Band 6 or higher and JLPT N3 or higher.

3. Job Placement Guarantee

  • If the Student is not placed in a job during the 6-month internship period after completing the training, the Program will refund the full training fee paid by the Student.
  • The Program’s liability is limited to the refund of fees.

4. Placement Acceptance

  • The Student must accept the job placement provided by the Program.
  • Alternatively, the Student may choose to release the Program from the obligation and liability of the placement guarantee.

5. Miscellaneous

  • Any additional terms or conditions specific to the Program will be communicated separately.
  • These Terms are subject to change, and any updates will be notified to the Student.

6. Additional Terms

  • Participants are solely responsible for any costs associated with the Japanese N3 certification exam, including registration fees and study materials.
  • Regular attendance and active participation in all Program activities are mandatory.
  • We reserve the right to modify the Program curriculum or Job Placement Guarantee terms at any time with prior written notification.

7. Acceptance

By enrolling in this Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
